Got a 2.5 inch lift and 35 inch tires installed as well as a sway bar disconnect. Will on the sales team was great to work with, as was every member of the staff I interacted with. Will was quick to fulfill all requests and the team was able to work with me to determine just what it was that I wanted and how they could help make it happen. Overall a great experience. I will recommend Total Offroad to my friends. If I need any further work done on my car that's above my paygrade, I'll be going back to Total Offroad.

I would not recommend using this company for lift services. They seem to be sales driven and not customer need driven. Called twice and received two different answers. Was quoted for a 2.5 lift at 3500 plus tax. Called back the following day and asked if I could get a quote on installation and alignment. I have a lift kit from Rough country a popular company that most, if not all of these lift companies are familiar with and use their products. The guy advised that I would have to come to the store and show them the kit to be sure it had all items needed to perform the installation before they could give a quote.
