Took my 2007 chevy suburban here to get a oil leak fix and brakes done. Which Luciano have done plenty of work to my truck. But he had to replace my main rear seal and they requires to remove the transmission to get to it. Got my vehicle back call him 3 mins after leaving the shop told him my transmission was slipping. Had this truck for 11 years never had problems with my motor or transmission ever ever!!! Went to advance auto after leaving the shop my transmission fluid was empty. This sorry mechanic left my transmission empty after he remove my transmission knowing that he lost a lot of fluid doing the job but didn't bother to replace the fluid or do the brakes charge me 1400. I used L&B Automotive when I live in Charlotte and my car needed diagnostics or repairs. I was, and still would be, a loyal customer if I had not moved North about 60mi. Leo and crew were always upfront, reasonable, and honest. I even referred my mom there for work on her car. Over the years L&B became my "go to" for my auto needs. They replaced my alternator, did various work on brakes, and helped diagnose a issue with my engine head gasket. In the arena of full disclosure, I have not had the opportunity to use the shop for about five years. Keep up the great work and thank you for all the years of help! M C. Bryan

I've been going there for years! Have never had a bad experience. Well established family business. Had them change my water pump timing belt among other things took less than 5hrs. Pretty darn quick for this type of job. Reasonable prices.

I took my car to their shop to replace the front disk and pads. They broke ONE of the LUG NUTS and charged me $20 for the labor plus $5 for ONE LUG NUT. $20 for the labor is completely ridiculous and unfair, besides it was their mistake in unscrewing the nut. Their initial price may be fair, but their final charge is NOT fair. You could find other mechanics with the same quality and price. I DO NOT recommend their service.
