Bravo 4 Autowerks llc

I've been taking my car to this shop for over five years, and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Mark is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and takes the time to explain any issues in detail. Most importantly, he truly stands by his work—every repair is done right, and any concerns are addressed without hassle. Highly recommend!

Kind and knowledge service. I appreciate how seamless the experience was for my Audi. One of most easiest and quickest repairs I’ve ever experienced. Plus, they play great jazz in the waiting area. It is also very clean.

This place is the best at taking your money. They have a system that is a scam. Took my 335i in to have it checked for a miss was told no problem there machine would take them right to the problem 175.00 later we agreed to replace the fu el sensor was told by Mark he was 90% that would fix the problem. Well for a total of 750.00 i was in the same situation i was already in before except now out 750. Just simply wasn’t honest from the start. They are slick including the lady in the office. Make you feel and believe don’t they are a rip off professionals .Hope this helps someone cause I didn’t have the extra 750 to give someone.

Mark went absolutely above and beyond to help us with an end of the day tire replacement. Suffered a tire failure on 77 July 3. He found a new tire, had it mounted and balanced. We were back on the road within a little over an hour. Honest, fair price, prompt and extremely professional. Highly recommend Bravo 4!!

I've been bringing my Audi S5 Sportback here for over a year now and won't take it anywhere else. Customer service and availability is top notch. The work quality is fantastic and done according to the books. All OE parts and they're familiar with all of the maintenance schedules for the vehicles they service. Never had a whisper of a problem. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here to be serviced!
