This company responded immediately and sent out an experienced provider. On a 12 year old refrigerator, I was blessed That I could get the needed part. This arrived the very next day and my final repair was promptly scheduled. I was kept notified, including a photo of my provider for safety, which I appreciate. The repair was performed in minutes and all is well! I will definitely use Mr Appliance again for any future issues!

My technician Brad was awesome! He figured out the problem quickly and ordered my part and had it delivered to me for him to install. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! My microwave is working great now! Thanks Brad!

Called Mr appliance because they have repaired my parents dishwasher, dryer, and refrigerator. I needed my dryer repaired and he was able to repair it and had the replacement part in his van. I will definitely recommend for all of your appliance repair needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a scheduled appointment with Mr. Appliance for a dryer repair on Friday, with the technician expected between 8 AM and 10 AM. After waiting, I called to check on Gemayle’s arrival and was informed he was still with another customer. When I called back at 10:15 AM, I was told that he would not come sooner because they were waiting to ensure they had the necessary parts. This lack of communication was frustrating, and I felt left in the dark. Since I had to return to work, I left my key under the mat and notified the technician that I would be monitoring the situation on camera.
