My freezer was making a horrible noise and water was running down into the floor. The technician supposedly repaired it by putting electric tape on the water line in the back. It worked ok for a few days. This morning it was defrosting itself and making the same noise. I certainly wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone

My kitchen fridge up and died on me. CLT appliance repair was here the next day and had my fridge working in about an hour. Alex, the technician, was very knowledgeable, polite, and did an outstanding job. There were no hidden charges, it was very reasonably priced, and everything was laid out and explained to me. All around great customer service.

My dryer stopped heating and I called them to help. I asked for same-day service and they made it happen…and on a Saturday! The tech texted me when he was on his way and he diagnosed the problem and had the part on his van. Repair took about an hour and he also cleaned the lint out since he had the dryer taken apart. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.
