Americana Autos Tires and Mechanic

My TPMS light had been on for a few weeks and I wasn’t sure why. I called around and got quotes and they had given me the best one. I took it here, they diagnosed what the issue was and put in a new sensor in one tire. They also switched my sensors around because they apparently were not in the correct tires based on how it was programmed. I drove my car a few miles after leaving for my computer to reset. About 20 minutes after leaving Americana my TPMS light went off. I’ll be coming here now for regular service. They fixed my issue quickly, were very honest, and the pricing was good. Thank y’all!

Thank you so much for helping me with everything. Being my 1st time in Charlotte, I would recommend this place. So nice, attentive, and the owner will show you what's wrong with your vehicle. It was fixed in no time. Owner made sure that I was satisfied before leaving 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely Satisfied Customer. We had an unexpected breakdown in another state while visiting and this company handled my issues expeditiously. He greeted me with an eagerness to help. They were able to quickly identify the problem and offer a service solution. I was nervous because as we all know all businesses are for profit which is understandable yet all companies do not work with integrity, this company DID! The repair was affordable. The owner and mechanic not only explained, they walked me to my vehicle to show me what needed to be repaired. He gave me options. They provided same day service with reasonable wait time. He shook my hand, gave my old parts and I safely made it back home …

Had a flat tire and we couldn’t find anyone that could help us. Crazy right? Well we stumbled across this place and immediately we were greeted by a young lady (armed) who was very friendly and professional. She had someone working on our tire in no time. In addition to the great customer service, they ordered pizza for their workers and offered all of the customers some pizza. Such a great characteristic of the people at this shop! I would definitely recommend.

I was in the area when my truck started having an issue and was overheating. It was a Sunday, and I was able to find these guys open. There was no mechanic there at that moment, but they made a phone call and got Angel to come down and take a look. He was able to help fix a leak in my coolant that allowed me to continue on my way home after a day of traveling. They were also very generous with their pricing. Very friendly, kind and informative people. Would absolutely have them do the regular maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you Americana!
