Shadetree Towing

This Towing Company is a Life Saver. The person I talked to on the phone was very Nice. Even the Gentleman that came and towel my car. He even try to check what was wrong with my car. Thank you sooo much. ❤️❤️

Insurance quoted me $215 to use their preferred company, called them and was told $150 for the distance. They were quick and communication was great. Made a stressful situation less stressful

Great service! Quick, reliable & very nice driver that helped me-easy to deal with! Can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend!!!

Great service!!! Mr Derrick was polite and patient with me in my time of struggle. He got to me in a timely manner and took very good care of my truck! Thanks again

Awful. No call, no showed. I had a tow booked to load up two trailers in Charlotte, NC. I booked with owner on Tuesday morning for a Wednesday afternoon load. Owner said to send both of my trailers to his yard to make loading easier, so I sent both semi trucks to his yard to wait. Loading was supposed to be at 2pm. 2:30 rolls around and no one shows up. I called Shadetree about ten times and texted them. No answer, no response, even after confirming at 1pm that we were good to go for 2pm in which he confirmed. They still have not reached back out to me. Would not use this company or recommend anyone use them in the future.
