They have been nothing but courteous and professional to us. Went extremely out of their way to help when I didnt even know a thing about transmissions other than they shift and hold fluid. Ordered parts for delivery at 10 am still waiting on them the next day at 10 am . It's not a problem for this company to waste shop time for no parts delivery or sending not what you ordered. Thought it was bad at the Raleigh branch Charlotte branch is getting just as bad. Terrible service .....

Great products, but hard to get anyone to answer the phone so you can get pricing and availability. It's hard to sell a product when you don't know how much it cost's.

Worst eperience ordering parts ever. I gavethem all the car info, model and serial numbers for transmission, even manufacturers part numbers, and they still managed to get every single part wrong.... They also wont get back to you once youve paid.... terrible customer service.. I will never use them for parts again...
