These people are unprofessional liars. My husband and I have a 2009 honda accord, and when issues started to arise with the engine, they told my husband that the engine was shot and to just scrap the car. I don't know all there is about cars, but I do know honda engines can run well past 500,000 miles with proper maintenance, and they are one of the easiest engines to work on. So any mechanic that can't work on a honda engine does NOT need to be a mechanic. My husband then took the car to another mechanic shop. I went to this garage to fix a misfire issue in my car. They recommended replacing several parts, including the spark plugs and coils, and I followed all their advice as listed on the receipt. I also got an oil change done here, but the oil quality was terrible — it only lasted about 3,000 miles. When I went for another oil change after three months at a different mechanic, I was shocked to find out that bolts and screws were missing (as shown in the photo). On top of that, it seems they tampered with my engine mount during the repair, and now my engine shakes even more than before. Was traveling for work and my fuel pump went out. They had me back on the road quickly and reasonably price. There was an issue (shit happens) and Jaun covered the tow back, fixed it fast and had me on the road again in time to get back to Asheville for dinner. They back their work and have integrity. That’s all I can ask. Wish this shop was local for me. Highly recommend. Thanks Jaun, you’re an A+ dude.

This place right here is honestly the worst. Especially dealing with Pedro. I spent over 6k with this auto shop and it was honestly the worst experience. They WILL try slick stuff if you don't pay attention to their work. Such as not changing spark plugs and using second hand parts claiming they are brand new. I was charged for a full tune up. A new battery was included within that price. When I got there the car didn't even crank they had to jump start it with a machine cause they put an old used battery in my car. Long story short don't do it to yourself. Find a good honest mechanic

After some previous work done on my 2017 Equinox I knew I could trust Amanda's with future work. My car broke down and would not start. From my initial call I spoke to Pedro. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service. He was patient with answering all my questions and provided information needed to get my car fix . He even referred me put to others that could help as well. Thiz why I will continue to use their services. They are not afraid of competition and will go the extra mile to help you get your vehicle fixed. My engine locked up and was to expensive to get fixed.
