Had to get my car towed here. My belt snapped so I had to get a wholeee bunch of stuff fixed (also an older car) and they were honest and provided quick service- it only took them a day. My car is running and working amazingly. Staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! This is now my auto body shop of choice and would recommend!!

Woodies is most definitely my preferred mechanic in charlotte. Not only is the experience always pleasant, but I always understand what I am paying for. The courtesy shuttle is one of my favorite aspects about using woodies. Excellent customer service is what they strive for and they exceed my expectations every time.

Today i called Woodies because my car wouldn't start. I knew the problem was a blown fuse, but i didn't have any fuses with me and was having trouble identifying the fuse for the starter. Lawrence answered the phone. They had closed and he was in the process of closing up the shop. Since they are only a few blocks from where i was stuck, he offered to come by with a fuse and help me out.…

I had a flat in 77. AAA came and put a spare on. My daughter looked up which Woodies could service us that day. They did it. Found out that I needed two new tires. They put them on and put my spare back just like new. Very courteous! Thank you Woodies!

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Extremely disappointed with the experience at Woodie’s Midtown.
